Getting started
Four steps to go live
Most owners finish the basics in one sitting. Approval usually follows after a quick review.
- 1
Create an account
Choose the email you want to use for this account — it does not have to match an old listing email. New owners get a one-time link, then set a password. You can later turn on optional two-step verification in My listing.
- 2
Apply or claim
If your page is already in the directory, open it and claim it with the email you chose. If you are not listed yet, submit a new listing from your dashboard. Do not do both.
- 3
Wait for approval
Every new listing is reviewed before it goes live. You can keep editing while it is pending.
- 4
Complete your profile
Add a formatted About section, photos, a page background, hours, locations, social links, videos, products/services, and a map pin.
Already imported but not yours yet? Open your listing page and use Claim this business, then wait for approval.
What you can add
Your listing toolkit
Everything is managed from My listing (dashboard). Photos and gallery use image links only — we do not host uploaded files. Use Bold, Heading, and Bullet list when you write your About section, then pick a page background so your profile does not look like every other listing.
Core details
- Business name & category
- Tagline (one line under your name)
- About / description — use Bold, Heading, and Bullet list in My listing
- Phone, email, website
- Main address (shows on directory cards)
Photos (link only — no upload)
- Cover / banner — 1920×640px (3:1 wide) · JPG or WebP
- Logo — 400×400px (1:1) · PNG (transparent) or SVG
- Photo gallery (paste image links)
- Optional: pull cover/logo from your website
Look of your page
- Page background: Light, Soft mist, Navy wash, Warm maroon, or Sky
- Cards stay white so text stays easy to read
- Background goes live as soon as you save (no extra review wait)
- Format About with headings, bold phrases, and real bullet lists
Trust & discovery
- Hours of operation (Mon–Sun)
- Extra locations / branches (one brand, many addresses)
- Map pin via OpenStreetMap
- Social links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- YouTube videos (embed — no storage used)
Offers & reviews
- Products or services with regular + sale prices
- Featured / promo items
- Customer reviews (moderated before they appear)
- Messages / leads from your listing page
Account security
- Sign in with email and password after your first setup
- Optional two-step verification (authenticator app) in My listing
- Live edits to name, About, hours, and photos still wait for review
- Directory admin uses required two-step verification to protect the review queue
Best practices
Tips to maximize your listing
Complete profiles get more views and messages. Start with these.
Write for the customer
Lead with who you help and what you do in the first two sentences. Keep jargon out of the tagline.
Format your About section
In My listing, use Heading for “Our Services”, Bullet list for offerings, and Bold for key phrases. Visitors scan lists faster than a wall of text.
Pick a page background
Choose Light or a soft gradient (Mist, Navy, Maroon, or Sky) so your profile feels distinct. Cards stay white for readability.
Use a real cover photo
Storefront, team, or interior works best. Keep faces near the top and center so cards don’t crop heads.
One listing, many locations
If you have branches, add them under Locations instead of creating separate listings. Pin each address on the map.
Show prices when you can
Clear service or product prices (and sale prices for promos) help people choose you faster.
Add a short video
A YouTube tour, intro, or customer story builds trust without using our storage.
Keep contact info current
Phone and a working website or social link matter most after your name. Reply to messages from your dashboard.
Protect your login
Turn on two-step verification in My listing if you want an extra code from an authenticator app after your password. It is optional for owners and free to use.
After you publish
How edits & reviews work
- Live listing edits (name, description, hours, images, etc.) go to our team for a quick check before they replace the public page.
- Page background (light or gradient) applies as soon as you save — it does not wait in the review queue.
- Gallery, social, videos, locations, offerings update right away from your dashboard.
- Map pin — after you save an address, click “Pin address on map” so customers see you on OpenStreetMap.
- Customer reviews are moderated. Encourage happy clients to leave a review on your page; they appear after approval.
- Check Leads & messages in your dashboard and reply by email.
- Two-step verification is optional for owners. Turn it on under My listing → Two-step verification if you want an authenticator code after your password.
